Unsubscribe Instructions
At the bottom of every newsletter is an unsubscribe or update profile link. Click this link and you will see a form with your personal information. If you are subscribed to more than one topic you will see all the topics you are subscribed to checked off. To unsubscribe to one or more topic, simple uncheck the appropriate check-box and then click save changes. To unsubscribe to all topics click the unsubscribe all button.

Update Profile Instructions
If your email address or any other information changes, click the update profile link at the bottom of the last newsletter you received. This will bring up a web page with your personal information. Use this page to change the relevant information and click the save button.

Anti-Spam Policy
If you received an email from a Forwardpost client, that means you either signed up to receive the newsletter or you have a previous relationship with the sender. You should never receive an email from a stranger. At Forwardpost we strive to insure that all subscriptions are legitimate by using a double opt-in strategy. Opt-in means you sign-up to receive a newsletter. Double Opt-in means that a confirmation email is sent to you after you sign-up. If someone should enter someone else's email address into a Forwardpost client's sign up form, the person whose email address was entered would receive a welcome email confirming the subscription. If a mistake was made, an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the welcome email could be used to unsubscribe. That way, the recipient of the mistaken welcome email could unsubscribe before receiving any unwanted newsletters. Furthermore every email sent by Forwardpost contains and update profile or unsubscribe link at the bottom. Using this link a recipient can unsubscribe or otherwise change their profile preferences.
